RCM SAGA Mercedes-Benz announces the acquisition of Motus Truck & Van (UK)

RCM SAGA, a European Partner of Mercedes-Benz with 55 Years of Experience in the Automotive and Commercial Vehicle Sectors, Announces the Acquisition of Motus Truck & Van, the Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van Division of Motus Group (UK).

Earlier this year, SAGA Truck & Van successfully entered the UK market with the acquisition of Sparshatt Truck and Van in Kent.

SAGA is now the leading partner for Mercedes-Benz Vans, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, and FUSO in England.

Together, they represent a potential of 1,200 trucks and 2,000 van sales annually in the UK, supported by 600 employees and generating a revenue of €350 million.

The acquisition was shared with the employees of Motus Truck & Van during an address by Philippe Canetti, European Director of SAGA Trucks. Expressing his confidence in the future of this partnership:
