The new Toyota Toys Motors building in Valenciennes brings together the activities of the Toyota brand including the new vehicles services, used vehicles services and customer services.
Located at Avenue Pompidou, near the Toyota Yaris production site in Onnaing (T.M.M.F), this new Toyota showcase dealership in Valenciennes is ideally located on one of the most visible and well-known roads of the town.
After having celebrated the laying of the first stone on the 22nd of June 2018, this new backdrop for the Toyota brand will be opened on the 14th of March in the presence of Ronan Chabot, president of RCM, Laurent Degallaix, Mayor of Valenciennes and Didier Gambart, President of Toyota France.
This new dealership with modern architecture designed with the P.A.D architectural firm, on an area of 12500 m², 1 400m² for which is the showroom and was decorated with style and harmony. This warm and friendly place was created with the visitors, customers of the brand and local people in mind.
The surface area dedicated to customer service is around 850 m², and was designed to meet our customers’ requirements in terms of maintenance and repair. In the interest of transparency and satisfaction, our customers can observe their vehicle being repaired from the showroom thanks to the glass partition separating the 2 areas.
This new site will replace the old Toyota Toys Motors site in Saint-Saulve which is closing its doors. The bodywork activity will be maintained. Customers can go directly to the new Valenciennes site for all after-sales service.

The Toyota Toys Motors hub in Hauts-de-France has 10 establishments (Abbeville, Boulogne-sur-Mer, Saint-Omer, Calais, Dunkirk, Roncq, Lille, Englos, Maubeuge and Valenciennes) ensuring the marketing and repar of Toyota brand models. Lexus is also represented by a site in the Lille area.
In 2018, the Toyota Toys Motors and Lexus dealerships sold 12,973 new vehicles 4,119 of which in Hauts-de-France and 11,792 used vehicles 3,362 of which in the Hauts-de-France.
31 employees work on the Valenciennes site and 6 on the Saint-Saulve site. Faced with Toyota’s challenges, 6 new employees are being recruited for these two sites.
